Refer a Friend

Now you can receive $50 off your bill when you refer a friend to Madison.  To qualify, the referred customer must activate new service in one of the following categories:  

  • High Speed Internet Residential Silver or Gold
  • InternetPhone 200 or Unlimited
  • 2 or 3-Product Bundle
  • Essential Advantage Cable TV
Just complete a form and submit to Madison's business office within 7 days of referred party's service activation.  Credit to your account will be made in $5.00 monthly installments for 10 months.  Payment for referrals will not be authorized until referred customer has maintained new service for 90 days.
